I just realized today that I have 5 more Tuesdays left this school year. It has been good and bad. So maybe it's a little bittersweet. Some students I rejoice that they are moving on to High School, and others I wish could stay. One student told me today, that she should just try to fail 8th grade so she could just stay in Middle School. "I wonder how many times I could fail, and just be forever an 8th Grader?" her words. I told her that would be okay with that.

I’m maxing out the 6th year for H1b and my I-140 just got approved. 1 month ago, my employer has filed a h1b extension but it is based on the approved PERM instead of the 140, and only asked for one-year extension. In that case, after 6 months (180 days i140 rule to avoid employer’s revoke), will I be able to switch employers even though the renewed H1b gonna expire soon at that time?

Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
