“Really good with email” unless they’re not. Then you could write - “Really bad with email”
At my old company, we nominated fellow coworkers to write our reviews. I was always very humbled when people asked me to write one for them, because (and not to be too dramatic) it meant that they respect my perspective. And that’s not for nothin!
So. I always made it a point to point out the parts of that person’s character that I admire. Especially parts of their character/work that make ME want to be a better teammate/creative.
And when it comes to the “room for improvement” sections, I always wrote down things that I felt could make this person stronger/even better to work with. Like for instance, if someone is really fantastic on interpersonal communication, but kinda struggling over email, I’d write:
“X is a fantastic communicator in meetings and during check ins. It would be great to see them bring that efficiency to their daily emails/status emails”
Because you know. All this dumb corporate shit actually adds up, and we wanna see each other suceeeeeeed lol. ✨
Exactly. If it’s a 360, you talk about what works about your relationship and keep it pretty simple. Nice to include notable moments where someone helped you out. You’re not there to drop heavy critique
Really good at copy-paste. Unless you got a good one, then make sure you worship them and treat them with kindness.
Do they manage client expectations well? Do they facilitate the right conditions to get work done? Do they support/back/sell in the work appropriately? What sort of pace or morale do they help set for the team? I’d consider all of those attributes, but taking into account the level of the person.
Thanks this helps
u too huh? ipg? mwg? momentum?

what’s your relationship to the person ? manager ? same team ? different team ?
I’d also give examples to back up your feedback. For example “needs to work on following through with next steps- client asked to send deck through and manager had to remind you”
