I just started a new remote job. I am on the east coast and the company is mostly based on the west coast, so some meetings are super late my time (some even 11pm if there is an important product launch etc.) Does anyone have any advice on this time difference and does it get better? I’m hoping it doesn’t take me too long to adjust!

When a role says “Remote, LOCATION” on the job description, must you live in that LOCATION and work remotely or does it mean that your home office will be that LOCATION?
