To handle excessive workload, prioritize tasks, set boundaries, and communicate openly with your manager about what’s realistic. If the company or manager is not at all receptive to that, you just do the best you can with what you have.

Thank you for the advice. My problem is that I can be in work mode and over work myself w/o knowing it. I do have to set boundaries and communicate a bit better so I won’t get burnt out so much.
I hear this so often these days. I've learned to set boundaries with my employer and most of the time it has worked for me. Slowly implement more boundaries, and I hope it works for you too!
