I left a great firm for a pay hike and a senior leader role at a WITCH. I’m so over it. Have learned a lot and grew a big business, but not worth it anymore. Life is too short to deal with endless drama and massive talent problems. Any advice on exits?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
