I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. I'm at wits end guys. After spending the past 2 years producing and learning new skills in the gaming industry. I'm completely unable to find work.
I have 8+ years of experience as a full stack web developer with a strong set of design skills having begun my career in User Experience Design. I’m a third year associate wanting to leave my second law firm. My first two years of practice I was at a small firm and left to a mid-size firm to practice insurance defense.
