I lied to HR and took an early release from the last company (LWD 24th Dec). They were not releasing so I had to give in writing that I will not join any other company for the next 90 days.
Not my new company has sent background verification email through KPMG to last company and now HR called me threatening me about negative feedback. Also now they are demanding a 60 day salary.

If I don't pay will this negative feedback impact my new job? Pls suggest
