Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Growing up I always admired Daniel Radcliffe. He made the best out of his role as Harry Potter and when he was done with that iconic role. He made creative decisions for his career and got the weirdest scripts and made those movies. Love him for that!
He could have so easily ended up as an archetype after his success with HP but he really didn't let it get in the way of his creativity. He is such an impressive person.
Julia Roberts inspired me when I was younger. Also, Meryl Streep is absolutely incredible. Honestly, there are many, but those are the two that come to mind first.
Julia Roberts will forever be one of my favorites. Not only is she a great actress but she is such a class act. I love her.
This is so dumb but for me, it was Anne Hathaway in Princess Diaries! I had just started being curious in acting and she seemed so magical in the movie (give me a break I was 10) that I knew I wanted to do that someday. Plus all my friends were obsessed with the movie, and it was cool to me that one thing could have resonated with all of us so much. Still a PA but I work for a wonderful actress and I've done some minor roles in things I never would have dreamed of as a kid. Even if I never become an Anne Hathaway, I wouldn't change anything.
Ryan Reynolds! He's the best. He's such a natural.
Ryan Reynolds is so freaking funny. I love all of his work.
Not known for being an actor, but Quentin Tarantino and his movies. I just love everything about his style and approach to filmmaking.
Okay this is kinda silly but my answer is Michael Cera lol I don't mean to be rude but I just feel like if he can do it then anyone can
I am a fan of Jim Caviezel and will always be. His movie "The Count of Monte Cristo" is my favorite. His eyes are so expressive and so beautiful.
Easy! It has to be Anne Hathaway. She's the most versatile actress for me. I loved her most especially in Les Miserables.
Florence Pugh for sure, I think the Don't Worry Darling somehow made her more endearing for me lol, especially after what she put up with
Judi Dench! She is the first actor I ever paid attention to who had this realness about her. It reminded me that the industry is still an art made by real people instead of the view I had at the time of a very elitist, single-type industry.
