Without knowing which firm it’s impossible to say, but turnover is pretty common in consulting. Interview to have options but I wouldn’t run for the hills because a number of people are leaving post-bonuses, especially if you like what you do. Theoretically the firm still needs people to function if they’re selling any work.
Maybe I can interview while I'm on maternity leave and see what shows up?
The last two jobs I had I left the sinking ship because I was kinda already done and had no regrets. This one is looking like a sinking ship but I don't want to leave? Maybe that's really my question, am I overlooking something if so many people are trying to leave and I don't want to (yet)?

No, take your maternity leave and don't stress about it until you're back. If people are leaving, your experience will be more valuable. Maybe you can even get a promotion and raise out of it.
