Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

LTI we also faced the same thing..
Even without offer also some left snd got the job within month.
So don't think twice if you getting offer leave immediately not all service base like this .
Here in LTI
1.Project short term.
2.Management worst.
3.Micromanagment is higher
4.Bench is always risk here with no project
5.Lot exams ibot and many more things... Too many client rounds and too much bench manager trying to waste the time so people don't get projects and go out.
6.also workforce and management not helpful they always in mood to escalate to higher management.
7.HR is useless scarp - not helpful they just motivated to talk rude.
While hiring to tell lie and even don't know how to start HR discussion.
8.HIke and variable - we all know the condition.. Leave this.
9.can move from one BU to other BU and that makes more difficult to get projects.
10.managers are so rude and think they purchased employees that kind of behaviour they have.
11.more than employee director and associate director hired for excel work.
Yes yes..
Time changed project going and employees getting fired so these days company don't ask such question...
So be ready and do it.
Leave this hell place asap
Better to take good offer from outside and leave this hell place. You will feel so good outside
