Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh. I have other offers with wipro amd capgmni both with same package. Please help me if i can trust the consultancy and go for infosys option

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
at least for the 4 months of this FY I need full sal. in hand.
How to proceed. I wish my JB comes without tax deduction.

I realize it is going to be challenging for me this year...with so many of my students performing below grade level expectations in ELA and MATH and also ensuring that all students follow the COVID Guidelines in the classroom. I still feel hopeful that God will bless me with the knowledge on how to effectively impact each one of those kids. Let's remember to keep all educators lifted in prayer this year.

How to get release from a project? Hating the work environment and pressure here.

looking at jumping from a big brand to a small boutique creative shop. they don’t do a ton in the way of traditional titles, I’d just be “strategy”. excited by the opp to work on a nimble team with a lot of influence and really rad clients, but i’m a little scared of losing my fancy brand title for future roles. can someone tell me it doesn’t matter!

My head is beginning to not hurt and that worries me. I am used to banging it against a wall the entire day (theoretically). I work with people that I struggle to communicate with and/or they are extremely uneducated about various things that I used to think were the basics. I grew up poor and paid for everything myself; Money drives me. Where do I even begin to look to know what I should be doing?Sales is too easy, I need a challenge. I am good at inventing solutions.
