I’m coming from a startup where work–life balance isn’t great and the company may go bankrupt soon, so DTDL seems like a better option, right?

Policy and execution wise it's a startup. Opportunity to learn, but also a lot of work not mentioned in JD will be expected from you. And this is true whether you are an engineer or a lead or a TPM.

WLB is recent, much better than start-ups. The quality of work is good in some teams. They are financially sound, but do not expect great hikes Later on.

Bhai it’s not a start up. It’s big MNC with teams in different countries working together. Mast hai as many people get travel to Europe atleast once a year. Also WLB is way more decent than a startup. Perks bhi sahi hai. Cultfit is best perk as per me. Baki sab normal hai like any startup - free food, offsites, insurance etc

It's just a service based company that's giving service to DT. Domain tak alag h apna. DT wide meetings mai invite nhi kra jaata lol. Ghanta DT.
