HRs can not help thier own colleagues in the domain, why will employees look at them ? Because of these spoiled HRs the entire HR fraternity is blamed. CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?
