I need something calming after recess/lunch before our ELA block. I’ve shown Sleepy Cat on YouTube since the second day and while I don’t want to give up on that entirely, I need another calming/grounding/settling thing for about 5 mins that I can just show since I need to also regroup myself quietly. Also: I’m new to 4th from HS and I appreciate any ideas. So much gratitude to this group!
