Probably 2.5% out paid as a lump sum because of “economic conditions” so it’s not a pay increase (no compounding in future). They pulled the rug from everyone this year. Essentially you’re 2.5% increase if you meet expectations which most people fall in that bucket but then mid q4 tell us “rate everyone one rung lower because of the economy” so you are in the lump sum vs increase.
10% but that’s because we execs reduced to 80% of base during Covid so this is a bit of catch up. For all others we did 4%
