I plan to relocate from Delhi to Pune. Plz suggest the expenditures which will happen during this process. This will help me in negotiating better with the HR. The following things I have already thought of:
1. Cost for moving the goods ( car + house hold stuff) 1 Lakh (approx)
2. Cost of flight for me and family (30K)
3. Cost of initial 7 day accommodation + food ( 50 K)
4. Broker fee for renting a 3 BHK (~40K)
5. School donation for admission (~1 Lakh)
What else should I count for ?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
