For July 4th does google only give one day off?

Hello, I’ve just completed my TPM on-site today. How long before the decision is made by the HC? What base and TC can I expect ? I’ve 5+ years at MAANG, across engineering, analyst, TPM roles.

Generally how long are on sites? Are they all on one day’s block? The entire 4 hours?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. How many jobs can you apply within Google if they are similar functions but for different teams or locations?

Does Google value FAANG experience over consulting? Say if a person is trying to get into Google from Apple, will it be considered easier?

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining.
