I really love teaching, but it can also be heavy. Some days, the weight of meeting everyone’s needs sometimes leaves me completely drained. I find myself worrying if I’m doing enough for everyone when I spend too much time trying to reach that one child who seems to be slipping through the cracks. Usually, when it feels like too much, I grab a cup of chamomile tea, sit on the porch for 15 quiet minutes,. What’s do you do to help feel better after days that leave you emotionally drained?
