Thank you so much . I did just go look and did find / apply to a position ! How do I contact you ? I am new here . So grateful for your kindness .
My husband got laid off last year March 2024. He tried everything. I saw how hard he worked to get a job. Interestingly he was getting interviews and got to final stage several times with no offers. It was such a hard period for us. Thankfully we had some savings plus I work. We ran out of savings in Mar 2025 and this increased my anxiety level. Had to call our parents, family and closest friends to pray and fast for us (we are followers of christ).
Guess what, just last week, he got not 1, not 2 but 4 offers. He had to decline 2 cos they were jobs he applied too out of desperation. He starts one tomorrow while he awaits the feedback from background check from d other (we are not taking chances). He also has the final interview for the best option role tomorrow as it aligns with were are family is at this time (fully remote role in the US- we are in Canada).
I say all this not to brag but to encourage you as you go through this difficult time. We have NEVER found it this difficult to get a job. We are highly qualified educationally and experience wise.
I recommend you do your part as you are already doing and also hand it over to a higher being- something or someone greater than you. If you are a Christian, even better, place it at the feet of Jesus.

I'm really sorry to hear what you're going through. It truly is a challenging and uncertain environment for us job seekers right now. I've never experienced such a prolonged period of silence and lack of responses in my entire career. I wish us both the best!!! This too shall pass Ronda .
Have you tried to use a temp agency to find a job? It might not be the job you want but can get your foot in the door ag a company and get you hralth insurance and a steady paycheck while you find a role.
Thank you so much for your reply, I truly appreciate it. At this point, I'm open to working anywhere until the right opportunity comes along. Yes, I've been applying to agencies and have been busy reformatting my resume to fit different roles, etc but no one is calling from either angle (hence my stress $ )
