I really wish our department had a more structured and supportive training program for new hires. When I joined a few months ago, it felt like we were fully prepared. However, once we started working with clients, many of us realized we knew very little. It sometimes felt like being thrown into the pool and learn how to swim by ourselves. Thankfully, everyone survived, but it did come with some customer frustration due to gaps in knowledge.
