Buy the dip?
Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

I can relate to that as when I came into my present role it felt like I was being thrown into the deep end and told to just figure it out. I was fortunate in that a previous job had me somewhat prepared, but there was still a lot of company specific things I had to pick up quickly. In a funny way there might have been some benefit to a bit of chaos, as it meant I didn't get dragged into doing some things the way they'd always been done.

My previous role was the same thing even worse I would say. We were given 4 week training and then we started working from home and it was very chaotic for first few weeks. I guess we are human being and we learn to deal with things in whatevery way.
