I received a verbal offer from Goldman Sachs and after negotiating the salary I have yet to hear back. Is that normal? It’s been almost two weeks since verbal offer. Or is it safe to assume I’ve been ghosted by the recruiter?

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.

Currently a senior in financial services audit for wealth and asset management. All I hear from higher ups is to not leave before manager because I’ll end up making less or I’ll be behind in my career, etc. Am I being served some strong kool aid?
