I received my LOI from Wipro on 15th June ( Elite off campus 2024 hiring), but till now I haven’t received any training mail. Many others like me are also still waiting. This long waiting creates career gaps for freshers, which later becomes another challenge during interviews. We are eager to start, but clear timelines and updates from the company would help a lot.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I’ve been getting into a healthier routine and make a meal replacement smoothie every morning. I bought a bunch of palisade peaches from a stand and chopped some up and froze them.

Mixed them up today with some OJ, Fairlife milk, unflavored protein powder, spinach, hemp seeds and chia seeds. Best smoothie yet!
