I recently attained the EPA 608 Universal Certification which my current employer of several years paid for, and I'm considering taking the leap into the HVAC trade. I can't afford trade school, and taking a major pay cut to start as a freshly new apprentice in their 40s is a bit of a concern when I have a family. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?

Looking for some advice on a career change. I work in a technical role and have well-developed soft skills. I want to transition to UX (w/ focus on accessibility). There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. Reviews also vary wildly. Are these more expensive programs worth the huge increase in cost?
