I recently cleared all the round and had a HR discuss. HR said it will take some time to release the offer and she said I can see the status of application. Initially it was offer QA now it got changed to MIGRATION. can someone help me to know what’s happening here.

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
