There are usually four interview rounds:
1. Coding Round: The recruiter shares a Github repo that you need to clone on your machine & go through the code thoroughly. Once you’re confident that you have understood the code, the recruiter will schedule something called as the “Code Pairing” interview wherein you’ll be given a coding task related to the repo by another developer. They will judge your coding skills during the interview.
2. Technical Interview: If you clear the coding round, you’ll have to attend this round wherein the questions will revolve around your current project, its tech stack, the rationale behind the tech choices, and your comfort with the alternatives to those choices.
3. Leadership Round: You’ll be interviewed by someone who’s probably a Delivery Lead in Thoughtworks. The questions will revolve around how you react to different situations in your day to day work.
4. Cultural Alignment Round: Here the questions would revolve around your views on Diversity in workplace (in the Indian context, your view towards people of other religions, castes, etc), Feminism etc.
Hope this helps.
