Hello everyone, I have a question about PMM certification/training. Is there anything you can recommend that will:
A) be appreciated by a future employer
B) provide insights and be worth my time
P.S. I have been performing the partial role of a PMM at my current company, although, I plan to apply to PMM positions at other SaaS companies in the future so I figure that getting a formal education is the first step.
Will appreciate any feedback or advice.

It’s a good salary 45k plus bonuses (not earned yet) for sales account manager? I think this salary is not enough because it’s constantly 8-9 hours daily plus they require to be cold calling a portfolio of SLED customers.

I've risen in my org to a Sr. Director level running a virtual BU, but seem to have maxed out my title and responsibility despite a history of exceptional results & solid relationships. A mentor ~3 years back was pushing me for VP, but left for a CRO role and since have been stagnant despite doing my best work. I know I'm paid well and have an excellent brand, but feel like I could be doing more. I'm also highly visible making a search externally difficult. Any ideas on breaking out?

If I wanted to join the staff of a PR firm after never working an agency (10 YOE including 6+ as nonprofit comms director and almost 3 in-house for a B2B as marketing specialist) and my skills are more broad than niche- what is an equitable starting place/ title if my experience is pretty extensive but my years of working aren’t adequate for a senior agency role? I’ve done nearly every function but I crave a team, growth, and collaboration. Thanks for your advice!

Question for anyone who was laid off but found a new job:
If you request unemployment between the offer and starting, do you not receive the benefit? Worried about stating I've received an offer and that I'm no longer looking, though my new employer is the one having me wait a few weeks.

Anyone using Squarespace for their company websites? I’ve been tasked with the impossible, a dramatically slashed development budget, and I have to make some difficult decisions.
Company site needs a full refresh. It’s WordPress.
Developer can’t do what I want for the budget I’ve been so generously allocated. I know nothing of quality will come from it anyway.
I don’t want to spend my time in Wordpress and having to update plugins etc.
So now I’m looking at the budget solutions.

Data Quality for Actuarial and Data Analysts
How much time do your analysts spend cleaning and structuring data vs actually performing analysis? I feel like I’m fighting data quality/support issues just to keep our quarterly reporting processes alive, much less creating value-adds through actual analysis or new technology implementation. What’s normal vs how it should be?

Hey everyone! This is my first time posting but I thought I’d try to ask, I received a request from a recruiter to interview for a new insurance company I’ve never heard of: Branch. Looked it up and it seems to be a new “Techsurance” company working with both home and auto policies. Does anyone have any information they could share about this company? Thank you!

I am the General Manager at an Allstate agency in north Texas. I sell about half the day. The other half is training, interviewing, and other managerial duties. The owner is rarely in the office and very hands off. I step in for service when needed. Anyone in the same role willing to share your salary/pay structure? With all I do and the hours required to get the job done, I feel under paid. Just want to see if my thoughts are out of line.
Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
Management is considering changing this going forward. However, I’m not sure how I should react if they keep things how they are now.
