I recently got an offer from infoedge (99acres) for Retention Manager, but I’m a bit confused about what to do. They’re offering only a 10% hike and want me to join immediately.

My current company is a startup—it’s become quite toxic and things seem to be going downhill. I’ve been here for 3 years and really want to move on, as staying is getting harder day by day. But I don’t want to jump into something worse.

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer.
