I recently got an offer from Microsoft for senior position l63. I joined postman 3 months ago. Postman pays 86 lpa all fixed, and microsoft is 55lpa base +15% bonus and 150k usd stocks which vests for 4 years and joining bonus 15lakhs. I am in a confusing statte to decide which one to accept. Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.
