I recently had a HR for Senior consultant 1 / Consultant 3 role and when I stated by expectation as 20 +. My tech stack is SAP SD functional with 5 YOE.
What can be the expected outcome here and it already been a week and LWD is August 31st. What is the average variable payout of 20 % and what is the average hikes if I join at EY and what are the promotion guidelines.
