I recently signed an offer from an agency A. Starting in Jan. but I just got an offer from agency B. Agency A is more mellow, less creative op and less money. Agency B is the top shop, but more grind I think. If I take the new offer I’ll def burn the bridge with agency A. I feel really bad about it… what do I do? Anyone had an experience like this? Thx!

Grind is pretty inevitable at most agencies right now even the chill ones. Will agency B upgrade your career to a point that’s worth it? Will agency A put you in a position where you won’t have book pieces to show for it? That’s how I’d personally think about it if you want to progress at more creative shops down the line.
