Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

What I've heard about is that some low level or entry level jobs can be augmented with AI and consolidated. So, for example, instead of five entry level people, you might have one person with AI assistance doing those jobs. That type of scenario seems to be how most of these AI related cuts would happen. They'd mostly impact lower level workers. Something else to note is that a lot of companies are using AI as an all-purpose excuse. If they lay people off because of executive blunders, they can say it's due to AI, and it launders the problem and actually makes the company look forward facing.

I think most people are starting to worry now. I haven't worried so much about AI taking my jobs, but I do worry about layoffs. This is definitely the time to stay vigilant.
