Absolutely. Training often leans heavy on the “soft skills” while leaving big gaps in the actual problem-solving side. You can be the most empathetic person in the room, but if you don’t have the tools or knowledge to fix the issue, it just frustrates both you and the customer.
Totally agree, empathy only goes so far if you can’t actually solve the problem. The right tools make all the difference.
