I submitted the background check form on 16/01/2025, but I still haven't received an offer letter from IBM. The recruiter mentioned last week that the delay is due to an ongoing tool migration process. Should I wait or start exploring other opportunities? Also, how many days does IBM typically take to release an offer letter after the background check form is submitted?

In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
