I thought I had a perfect iron condor setup—nice premium, low risk, range-bound stock. And then, boom, a random news event sent it flying past my upper strike. It’s like the market knows when I sell spreads just to mess with me. Do you hedge your spreads in case of sudden breakouts, or just accept that sometimes, you’re going to get steamrolled?

does any one have tips and tricks on how to be a good interviewer? I'm finding it difficult to gauge someone just asking...tell me a little about yourself...

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

[Help]

I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). I have tried to convince myself to consider it a loss but always get back trying to recover it.

Any advice how to deal with it. Thanks.

Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned.
