Hey fish, I started recently (within the last year) at post PhD level. I’m thinking about moving into pharma or biotech since I don’t think the ladder in consulting is right for me long term. How long do you need to stay in consulting for before making say 150-200k base in pharma/biotech?

New to US. Which brokers offer best margin accounts? For e.g. I have equities worth $100K and want to trade options. Is there a broker where I can do so without paying more in collateral money - essentially using stocks as collateral, and also not paying margin interest. Was able to do so in London, Hong Kong, and India. However, Robinhood here doesn’t seem to allow it.

Granted this stemmed from a WSB thread, but PKE seems interesting, both from a possible TA standpoint and as a possible acquisition target as aerospace begins to attract more and more attention

Is anyone buying puts on INDA? case numbers out of India are freakishly low and testing numbers are also low. Me thinks it’s gonna be a shitshow - but trying to figure out how long/low to go on that

When will EV bubble will pop. Except tesla and rivian everything else is so over inflated. Nkla, wkhs, nio have gone up like 10 times in 3 months. That's insane. Will this bubble pop when tsla corrects and goes back to 1000

Thoughts on DKNG or PENN? I think it’s a good long stock as more states will confirm to legalize online betting. Both have done amazing this year but wanted to see if anyone has some thoughts on this.

Likely melt up to continue. I learned after 2008-2009 and all the QE the last 10 years to never fight the fed. It goes against all common sense and reason but that is where retail investors lose

New option trader since last month. How is trading options normally during a normal market time? Seems like it’s quite a grind w normal volatility and actually makes you research and follow the charts
