The tree at the NW corner of Dearborn and Washington at Daley Center. WHY is it always covered with thousands of birds. I could walk across the loop and not see a single bird but when I get to DCP, every day, rain or shine or heat or cold, thousands of birds. What is up with this tree? Why is it special?

my end objective is to obtain a KPI which measures the current value of an asset in a manufacturing firm and this should include depreciation value.

from all over internet i see NBV is more suitable. but confused in a document mentioned as current replacement value.

What is the benefit of working at the Cook County State's Attorneys Office other than the rapid trial experience one gains? I was a non traditional student - I do have a job lined up in private practice. Im not particularly fond of the practice area but its decent paying for entry level. I attended a networking event and met so many State's attorneys who seemed to enjoy the work bc of the experience they were gaining.
