Have any of you started a PLLC for a solo practice? If so, what was the process for getting your firm to become a PLLC in Illinois. Did you file for an llc first then file a cert with the Supreme Court. PLLC filings for IL do not list attorneys as a professional group.

I was a non traditional student - I do have a job lined up in private practice. Im not particularly fond of the practice area but its decent paying for entry level. I attended a networking event and met so many State's attorneys who seemed to enjoy the work bc of the experience they were gaining.
