Wow, so no more free lunches…what a joke
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

If it is management holding you back, you should schedule a meeting to discuss. Make a presentation on why policy needs changed, the issues being observed, and have that open discussion. If you are trying to change something that has been a policy for a long time, people often resist that change. Sell them on it!!!
I am putting together examples and some feedback to build a case. People do resist change, but I am hoping logic wins this one.
Makensure you have a strong argument explain the change. People don't like change so stay strong and have your facts with you. Make sure you're going through the right channels. If its a big company there might be a few hoops to jump through in order to change them.
the hoops are real! I am pulling together data and feedback so I can present something solid.
