Guys am really concerned about the EPB deduction.. I still have 75 days.. in NP But the responses am reading in various groups about EPB deduction is hilarious.. Thinking to get it confirmed from HR...!! If he says it will get deducted, I'll ask to shift me on bench as I don't see any point in working for a minute more for current project.. Or else I would really not give damn about the work.. Just login and loggoff.. Any suggestions PS: Many post suggest EPB from Mar 21' till LWD deducted HCL T

Mar 15th is my last working day in TCS and I have one offer in hand with 100% hike from a small company with employees less than 50..I'm not mentioning the name.. I'm happy but sometimes I feel since I have no other offers in hand, I'm not that much equipped and suspecting my tech skill and how I would survive in my new company..also feeling like reverting back my papers..!! Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I'm still relatively new in this industry and I'm thinking about leaving my project soon but I'm paranoid about project availability. Hi so I was an intern this summer and was offered an opportunity to help with a government project for the next several weeks, like another internship. I feel like there was a little switch-up with the hours situation after I (and other interns) signed my offer letter, so is this a legitimate reason to back out? I personally just don’t want to be working 11+ hours on a night shift. I’m worried about if this will damage my career if I don’t continue with it. Thoughts?
This may be a hot take - but as a younger person, working with parents of small kids (especially new parents) is so frustrating. I frequently find myself responsible for picking up the slack due to their family commitments - it’s also somehow completely socially acceptable for kids to barge into zoom meetings screaming. I wouldn’t find it nearly as bothersome if I felt like leadership and parent colleagues took my issues and non work commitments seriously in addition to that of parents and kids
