I tried to update my os from windows 10 to windows 11. Everything got downloaded perfectly, but installation process is getting very slow. Since from 10 hrs the installation progress has stuck at 41%. Please anyone could tell me the issue and solution for that.

Who gets to decide the ctc offered to a candidate? If a candidate is being offered x3 his/her current salary then does it give their manager the licence to overutilize the candidate with insane work? The way I see it there's no real benefit for the candidate here considering the performance pressure on him/her.

Many might not (including me) be very good at DS/Algo but strong in domain knowledge, design patterns etc.
