Dimag kharab ho chuka is aadmi ka
Unless you live in tier 1 city or are a company owner, this comparison won't make any sense to you. How can you ignore extremely overrated cost of living in tier 1 cities which you have to pay when you migrate from smaller cities?
Not entirely true
He forgot to mentioned traffic in image for metro cities 😂
Chief
Recently our offices are open, and we have seen a lot of employees turnover, low productivity.
Some lead try traditional micro management to control things as well as motivation factor, none of them work.
Now the whole management is rethinking for wfh, option
The issue is that everyone is highlighted at home they are flexible to work, if they don't have the mood to work on particular time they rest and work in the evening or night
Traffic and big city expenses hit them, again food is a big issue.
Which organization are you working at, if you don't mind telling?
Nope because he has more time for social media than his own company.
I'm doing wfh since last year, we only go to office once or twice in a month just to chill :)
We can’t escape traffic issue if we work in any big city as very few will stay close to office or work in different shifts.
Bonding between team members increases only when we meet at least few times a month so hybrid policy may help in this regard. Mainly new team members may feel alienated when we work only from wfh.
Twitter pe kuch bhi bkwas kr do.. Good or bad but charcha me to ayenge
If you go Infosys, then working hours will be 5 percentage only
