I used to love this company unless I got into trouble with toxic manager.
HRs in this company are nothing but a circus act—dancing monkeys performing on cue whenever management (EMs, Directors) jingles the bell. “When the drum beats, the puppet moves,”

And instead of resolving employee concerns, they jump straight into petty counter-actions against the employee himself. So much for “support”—it’s more like “shoot the messenger” as an HR policy.

A company with no respect for emplyee concerns

You can't even put honest opinions in pulse surveys or Infeedo Amber because the next day HR talks to your manager about you directly, and only the employee gets actioned, not the manager.

Holy shit that's so true. They reveal everything you said to your manager directly and so ruin your relation. Zero people management. They made a mess out of my complaint/feedback.

I will suggest that if your tuning is not good with your manager/TL change your team on time by hook or crook otherwise he will give a poor rating and then HR will ask you to resign due to low performance although you would have given your 100%.
