I’m going to move to the UK in March ‘22 and will be working at Deloitte London. I’m moving from NY. Where do you recommend I should live? I’m a 24yo female. TIA!

I think all the options mentioned above would pretty much be less than half an hour commute apart from maybe Putney/Fulham - although they are really nice areas so worth looking at still.

Depends on what kind of neighbourhood you want - some are very quiet and residential, others are pretty lively, or if you’re looking for city vibes or upscale… London can be so different depending on which part you’re living in.

I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?
