I walked out on my toxic manager yesterday. I couldn't take it anymore. He piled on work with crazy unrealistic expectations and deadlines, all while being verbally abusive while working me to death. How do I explain this to future employers? I don't want them to think I might walk out on them without warning and I know I'm not supposed to complain about a previous employer.
