PD is there to make sure everyone has high utilization. If she knows you are goong to declare search, she’ll likely feel compelled to disclose it to potential teams and then no one will want to staff you. So basically her metrics are going down while she waits for you
In the future- dont tell companies youre planning on leaving until you are ready to give notice
I didn’t mean to tell her neither did I want to she has been scaring me that there is potential ctl coming your way, I told her I want to go ahead with reviews she said she isn’t comfortable staffing me knowing that it’s a potential ctl

In all fairness. They are herd managers that manage yield without power. All stick and no carrots. But I’ve seen pd done some nasty acts
Just ignore PD, entertain the call and say I will consider , so nothing. PD has no power to force you to do anything.
