I want to share an incident in Nagarro, last Delhi Raahgiri they organised in CP , they promised food in Sagar Ratna. When everyone ordered their food , a fat short dude came and very rudely asked everyone to not even look at the menu and order a plain dosa.
Must be someone from higher management, the higher management is the cause of downfall of nagarro . Mark my words. FYI I have already left the company 1 week back

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.
