Shoutout to good assistants! My assistant was let go recently due to a combination of COVID and performance issues so I was assigned someone new, and the difference has been night and day. I know I’m still the one in charge of the file so I still review, but being able to trust her to be on top of things and not having to revise everything she does is amazing. She also revamped my diary system in the first week. Everything is so much more efficient!!

I was laid off fall of last year, allegedly due to covid. I just saw that they re-listed my position and now am devastated and doubting everything about my career. I got good reviews at this and my previous jobs but many are cowardly about giving honest feedback.
