I came across multiple posts in which the pay is very much less compared to the industry standard ( on seeing their YOE)

But digging a bit deeper, we could see the lack of skill sets, not up to the market trend with latest technologies. Basically not updating ourselves with new stuffs happening around.

Your YOE nowadays doesn't matter much but skills matters. Keep upgrading your skills if you want to stick to the market trends and enjoy the boom.

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
