There’s no deductible with MetLife legal plan but there is a list of things they cover, you can call their hot line to find out.
Would you happen to know the hotline #?
I have a metlaw plan (previously called Hyatt legal plan or something) and when I used it there was no co-pay. Used them for some small queries and the lawyers worked with me without any issue
I’ve used Met Life for closing docs when buying and selling homes. There have no extra costs. I’m sure someone will take your case, money is money.
I've found it very hard to find a landlord tenant attorney through ML.

I’m pretty sure you still have to pay something even with the MetLife plan. It’s like $20 a month so I doubt that covers everything. Regardless, if it’s a small claims issue you can do it yourself, especially if you already studied some of the law.
Depends on the arrangement your employer has. With EY only certain types of issues have a “copay” - I paid $0 to close my house
Thanks all!
