Kpmg global services pvt ltd I was hired into consulting a few years back and with this new practice they moved me to Managed Services without my consent. My RM who is an AD said that these are decisions coming from a higher level and has no control. I am a core developer and have all experience working into Agile through my career and they move me to support!! I fear this will impact my career and also restrict my growth in KGS since MS salary slabs would be lower than consulting. Is switching only my option now? 😕 Kpmg g

So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager.
